Raymond Hernandez MS ed
During the video segment Raymond Hernandez MS ed made a point that the "services that are being provided to the children are to benefit them not him". I think this is important to remember because sometimes we get caught up in our own lives and we forget that the work we are doing is to benefit some else's life!

I too, picked Raymond to reflect upon. I really how he said how he decided to take a photo of the families and give to them. He said it made them feel good that someone had done that for their family. I believe for young parents to come out and help support their families is awesome! Seems like he loves giving back. I believe that is why he helps to shape the programs that children and families will benefit from. He truly sounds like he removes himself to be opened to learn how children feel and learn.
